2) Sessions are scheduled once a week - this keeps the momentum and a focus on what's most important
3) The fee is $65 per session but this is flexible, based on one's ability to pay

My Counseling Perspective
My theraputic approach is based on the belief we are all influenced by our past experiences (usually in both positive and negative ways) but at the same time we are still responsible for the choiches we make in the present. The goal of therapy is to strengthen those patterns which are undermining our confidence, peace of mind and sometimes our most important relationships.
About Pastoral Counseling
For those who bring a spiritual perspective to their lives, I work from a solid psychological base while using theological and spiritual concepts. Pastoral counseling is simply the integration of good psychology with the belief we are inherently connected to the Creator of the cosmos.
